English translation. For consumers in Poland the Polish version prevails. EU consumers retain mandatory protection of their country of residence.
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the consumer (or a third party indicated by the consumer, other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. For multiple goods delivered separately — from possession of the last item.
To meet the deadline it is enough to send the notice before it expires to contact@teddydogsshop.com or by post to ul. Parkowa 47a, 71-220 Bezrzecze.
2. Model withdrawal form
You may use this wording (not mandatory):

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: … / date of order / of receipt: … / consumer name / address / signature (only if this form is notified on paper) / date.
3. Effects and refunds
We reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (cheapest ordinary method we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of the withdrawal. We use the same means of payment unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
4. Returning the goods
Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal to ul. Parkowa 47a, 71-220 Bezrzecze. Include the order number. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless they are defective or not in conformity with the contract.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
5. Exceptions
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (we will tell you at purchase);
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene if unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened pet hygiene/cosmetic items, if we sell them).
6. Lack of conformity (complaints)
We are liable to consumers for lack of conformity with the contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act implementing EU rules. A consumer may complain within 2 years of delivery. We will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
