Terms & Conditions

English translation of the shop terms. The Polish text is binding for consumers in Poland. EU consumers do not lose mandatory protection of their country of habitual residence.

§ 1. General

  1. The Teddy Dogs Shop online store operates at teddydogsshop.com (https://teddydogsshop.com) and is run by ILONA SAMEK, address: ul. Parkowa 47a, 71-220 Bezrzecze, NIP: 8551352265.
  2. Contact: contact@teddydogsshop.com.
  3. These terms govern use of the shop, orders, payment, delivery, withdrawal and complaints.
  4. Consumers enjoy the protection of the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. Terms less favourable than mandatory consumer law do not apply.

§ 2. Definitions

  1. Customer — a person or entity placing an order.
  2. Consumer — a customer who is a consumer under applicable law.
  3. Goods — handmade dog accessories offered in the shop.
  4. Contract — a distance sales contract for the Goods.

§ 3. Orders and conclusion of the contract

  1. Orders may be placed 24/7 on the website. An active email address is required.
  2. A customer account is not required and is not currently offered. Orders are placed as a guest only.
  3. To order: choose Goods and variants, add to cart, enter delivery details, choose delivery and payment, accept the terms and place the order with an obligation to pay.
  4. The contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of the order by email. If Goods are unavailable we will inform you and refund any payment without delay.
  5. The contract language is Polish. Other language versions of the site are informational.

§ 4. Prices

  1. Prices are gross (tax included where applicable). Displayed currency (PLN, EUR, USD) is for orientation; settlement follows the payment method and checkout settings.
  2. Delivery costs are shown in the cart before you place the order.
  3. A VAT invoice is issued on request — add invoice details in the order note or email contact@teddydogsshop.com.

§ 5. Payments

  1. Methods: Przelewy24 (including BLIK, bank transfer, card — as offered by the provider), Stripe, PayPal. Availability depends on delivery country and currency.
  2. Payment is collected before shipment.
  3. Express payment buttons on the product page are not used; you choose the method at checkout.

§ 6. Delivery

  1. We ship to Poland, the EU and the rest of the world via carriers (including Furgonetka: InPost, DPD, DHL depending on destination).
  2. Indicative costs (shown in the cart; base currency PLN): Poland — 14.99 (free from 250); EU — 49 (free from 400); outside the EU — 89 (free from 600).
  3. Processing: usually 1–5 business days after payment is recorded, unless a product page states otherwise (handmade goods).

  1. Polish law applies, without depriving an EU consumer of the mandatory protection of their country of habitual residence.
  2. Consumer disputes are heard by courts determined by general jurisdiction rules and consumer-protection rules. A jurisdiction clause does not limit consumer rights.
  3. These terms apply from publication on the shop website.
